Story
Alistair, a British representative for a wildlife conservation agency based in Karachi, and his Jewish-American wife Hannah struggle with infertility. In their desperation to conceive, they travel to a fertility shrine run by eunuchs where Hannah converts to Islam during a ceremony. Afterwards, Hannah becomes pregnant but the couple's relationship begins to fray as Alistair starts an affair with their friend Samira.
