Story
Too Fine and his friends Finny, Pushy, and Rage, known as 'Time Served,' are an up-and-coming hip hop act aiming to break into the music scene while trying to leave their past lives behind. However, Too Fine's dream turns tragic when he is murdered in a drive-by shooting by Temper, a former adversary from his drug-dealing days, over an unpaid debt. Too Fine's sister Hope is brutally attacked and forced to take on her brother's debt. Seeking revenge, Hope kills Temper but soon realizes that Temper was associated with gangster David Brumby. To settle the debt, Hope suggests becoming Brumby's new partner in crime. Back into the drug scene they go, but after an horrific nightclub shooting by Pushy and Rage in retaliation for Too Fine's murder, two persistent detectives start closing in on them.
