Story
In Madeira Island, Countess Irina Karlstein, the mute last descendant of the evil Karlstein vampire family, lives with her mute servant. Irina is portrayed as a nymphomaniac, constantly seeking sexual satisfaction but seemingly never fulfilled. She engages in oral sex with both men and women, but unlike typical vampires who feed on blood alone, Irina sucks off semen from her lovers, suggesting she has an unusual appetite for human fluids. The film follows her deadly encounters as she kills her male and female lovers during these acts.
