She rose to fame playing Sarah Reeves Merrin on 'Party of Five' (1995–1999) and starring in horror films like 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' (1997) and its sequel. Other notable films include 'Heartbreakers' (2001), 'The Tuxedo' (2002), and the Garfield live-action films (2004–2006). She has played lead roles in TV series such as 'Ghost Whisperer' (2005–2010), 'The Client List' (2012–2013), 'Criminal Minds' (2014–2015), and currently stars in '9-1-1'. Hewitt has released four studio albums, with 'BareNaked' being her most successful, peaking at number 37 on the Billboard 200 chart.
