Lone Gersel
Full Biography
Born as Lone Birgitte Gersel on April 16, 1943, in Frederiksberg, Denmark, Lone Gersel established herself as a versatile Danish talent, working as a model as well as a stage and screen actress. Coming from an artistic background, she is the daughter of sculptor William Gersel and artist Annalise Convad.
During the 1960s and 1970s, she appeared in several notable Danish productions. Her filmography includes roles in the popular crime comedy The Olsen Gang (1968), the spy parody Relax Freddy (1966), and the erotic drama Justine and Juliette (1975). Her work often spanned different genres, from mainstream Danish cinema to the "In the Sign of..." series.
