Marina de Graaf is a prominent Dutch actress born on December 16, 1959, in Utrecht, Netherlands. Born under her birth name Marina de Graaf, she rose to fame at the age of 17 with her controversial debut in the 1977 film Het debuut. Over the following decades, she established herself as a versatile performer in both Dutch cinema and television. She is widely recognized for her role as Deedee in the Oscar-winning film Antonia's Line (1995) and for her performance in the drama Wild Mussels (2000).
Beyond her film career, she gained popularity for her role as Julia in the television series Vrouwenvleugel and has been active in theater, voice-over work, and teaching. She also founded her own acting studio, Act2Act, in Assendelft.
