Born as Rachel Martin on January 31, 1970, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, the American model and actress was raised in a conservative Christian household in a small town outside of Cartersville. After starting her modeling career following a local pageant win in 1983, she was famously discovered by Playboy magazine and selected as the Playmate of the Month for the August 1995 issue.
